PRECOMPETITIVE COMPANY TRAINING

TIER 3
​At Allegro Dance Academy our Pre-Competitive dance program is designed for aspiring dancers who are able to dedicate between 2 to 5 hours per week to dance classes.
The A.D.A Pre-Competitive Program consists of lessons in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Lyrical,Acro and or Hip Hop.
As a member of the Pre-Competitive Program, members will perform in our Competitive Showcase and compete in up to 3 to 4 Competitions per season and our Year End Show.
This program may be utilized as a great stepping stone to the full-time A.D.A Elite Competitive Team.

ELITE COMPETITIVE COMPANY TRAINING

TIER 4
Being a competitive dancer here at Allegro Dance Academy is only for the utmost dedicated dancers. As a student, dancers will learn technique, structure, performance and professionalism. As a member of our competitive dance company students experience life as a focused dancer, touring and performing at various events, venues and competitions throughout Ontario. The A.D.A Elite Dance Team is about dedication, hard work and a serious love for the art of dance. We strive to train our competitive dancers to show great sportsmanship as well as evolve into talented technical dancers. Allegro uses traditional dance techniques in a modern, up-to-date way creating both content and excelling dancers.
The Competitive Program curriculum consists of lessons in Ballet, Jazz, Acro/Tumbling, Lyrical/Contemporary, Tap, Hip Hop, Pointe and Stretch & Conditioning.
This professional program will provide the opportunity to prepare students for career-oriented dance programs, dance competitions and future auditions.

Placement in any competitive program is by invitation only. Although all new and returning students are welcomed to express their interest to join we Welcome new students up for the challenge ! One of our directors will provide the student with an audition date and discuss in detail our competitive programs.

Or during the dance school year , all recreational ( tier 2 ) dancers will be assessed in their level of technique and potential by both there seasonal teacher and our Director and Artistic Manager.
Invitations for competitive training and Team Placements are sent home in the spring.

Private Lessons and Semi-Private Lessons available for strength and stretch, conditioning, acro flexibility and tumbling, and jumps tricks and turns class for skill building of technique .
Open to all students interested ( * separate fees apply ) ​.
